Ka'ana is a lovely resort with beautiful cabanas and a stunning private plunge pool. The attention to detail and overall service were commendable, making for a memorable stay. However, the significant billing issues and high prices left a sour note on our otherwise enjoyable vacation. My stay at Ka'ana was nothing short of spectacular! The hotel has a truly enchanting atmosphere with its lush tropical surroundings, and the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. It's a perfect place for a relaxing getaway, but a few minor issues like noise from the bed frame should be noted.
